TERMS OF SERVICE

I. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

• Done through PayPal (EUR) invoice.• Full prepayment (100% of the cost) must be made in advance.• The client is not allowed to send any type of payment before it is requested by the artist.• I reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel it in the course of making it for any reason.*• If the order is cancelled before it starts, 100% of the payment will be refunded.• If the order is cancelled during the sketch, 75% of the payment will be refunded.• If the order is cancelled during the rendering, 30% of the payment will be refunded.• The order can be cancelled only if I cannot fulfill it, or valid complications occur on the side of the customer (i.e. won’t refund if a reason is “changed my mind”).^{*Full cost of commission will be refunded if cancelled by me, unless the customer breaks any of these terms.}

II. PROCESS

• The client must provide a workable and understandable image/s of the character and description of the requested work.• The client is able to request as many changes as needed in the sketch phase, another change after the sketch phase and its approval will add an additional fee.• I will not work with redlines or overpaints over my work unless I specifically ask for them.• Only sketch and color stages are sent for approval for small commissions. Big commissions require more planning and therefore I will send more stages and updates.• During the process, progress will be provided in a lower resolution than the final work.
The client has the right to request a picture of the progress at any time or to request for it to be sent more often, however keep in consideration it might slow me and the process down.!! This said, as much as I enjoy art, I struggle with communication. I know how frustrating it is waiting for your commission, but please, do not constantly DM me about the state of it, as it only stresses me out and unfortunately won’t make me work faster.• Deadlines can be requested if in a reasonable time frame.

III. FEES AND CHARGES

• Complex character designs (wings, horns and other kinds of growth, additional limbs,...) (+50%)• Detailed and complex armor and/or jewelry (+35%)• Complex backgrounds (+20-35%)• Props (vehicles, large weapons,...) (+35-50%)• Second or additional characters (people, pets, mounts,...) (+50%)• Commercial use (individual)

IV. OTHER

• I retain full copyright. The work is not allowed to be reposted, edited, copied, passed off and used for commercial purposes without my permission. Exception to this rule are character storing sites (i.e. ToyHouse, Refsheet, ArtFight) with proper credit.• The client may not alter the commission in any way without my consent.• Under no circumstances is the artwork allowed to be used for NFT, fed into AI tools and datasets.• Unless stated otherwise, I reserve the right to use the work for my own promotion.• I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the customer breaks any of the terms of service.• I reserve full right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.• The client is obliged to read these conditions before ordering the work, and by placing an order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

The artist reserves the right to modify or change these conditions and prices at any time!
