Terms of service

During the process, progress shots will be provided in a lower resolution than the final work.
The client has the right to request a picture of the progress at any time or to request that it will be sent to him more often.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The artist reserves the right to refuse an order or cancel it in the course of making for any reason.2. The client must provide a workable and understandable image/s of the character and description of the requested work.3. Full payment (100% of the price) must be made in advance.4. The client is not allowed to send any type of payment before it is requested by the artist.5. The client is able to request up to 3 changes on the commission during sketch phase for free, another change after the sketch phase and its approval will add an additional fee.6. If the order is cancelled before it starts, 100% of the payment will be refunded.7. If the order is cancelled during the sketch, 75% of the payment will be refunded.8. If the order is cancelled during the rendering, 50% of the payment will be refunded.9. The order can be cancelled only if the artist cannot fulfill it, or other serious complications occur.10. The artist retains full copyright - the work is not allowed to be reposted, edited, copied, passed off and used for commercial purposes with an exception of character storing sites (i.e. ToyHouse) with proper creditation.11. Under no circumstances is the artwork allowed to be used for NFT, AI tools and databases.12. The client may not alter the commission in any way without the artist's consent.13. Unless stated otherwise, the artist reserves the right to use the work for his own promotion.14. The artist will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless the customer breaks any of the terms of service.15. The artist reserves the full right to post the commissioned artwork online, in the artist's portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.16. The client is obliged to read these conditions before ordering the work, and by placing an order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

The artist reserves the right to modify or change these conditions and prices at any time!
